Signed up after work and the starter coins were already there. I spun Stampede Fury that night without buying a pack. The morning login still added 200,000 Gold Coins plus one Sweeps Coin. That rhythm is why I stayed.

Back Blackjack is the reason I still open this on weeknights, and Jacks or Better is a clean break from the reels. The live table with a presenter was a surprise, and it holds up. What I would change is the lobby. It leads with slots, so reaching a table means a long scroll, and there are not many tables once you arrive. Gold-coin spins are just for fun. I save Sweeps Coin play for a proper session.

On the CTrain into Calgary I open the mobile site, no install, and it lines up with the laptop lobby closely enough that I quit using Chumba Casino Lite. The account opened with 2,000,000 Gold Coins plus 2 Sweeps Coins before I spent anything. Later I bought the US$10 pack on PayPal: 10 million Gold Coins, with 30 Sweeps Coins shown in the window. The charge was in US dollars, as these packs are priced. When I wanted a prize I used the Redeem button, waited until I held at least 100 Sweeps Coins, and chose a gift card over a bank payment. It arrived in the email address I registered. Those signup Sweeps Coins had to be played once before the request. The games are what I come back for: The Last Empress on the commute, bingo on a slower night.

Our social casino brings hundreds of games to Canadian players, with free play at its heart. Since 2012, Chumba has paired colourful reel adventures with familiar casino classics. VGW Malta Limited operates the social games; our sweepstakes are run by VGW Games Limited under Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/188/2010, issued 14 August 2017.
Choose the coin mode that suits your session. Gold Coins are entertainment currency, with no monetary value. Use them to explore themes, practise a blackjack decision or enjoy a new slot without putting cash on a bet. Promotional games use Sweeps Coins instead. Eligible winnings from that mode can become prizes, so the distinction matters before you start spinning.
| Coin Mode | What It Offers |
|---|---|
| Gold Coins | Ordinary social play; these coins cannot be exchanged for cash. |
| Sweeps Coins | Promotional play with eligible winnings redeemable for prizes. Sweeps Coins are never sold. |
Returning to the lobby brings a daily reward: 200,000 Gold Coins with 1 Sweeps Coin, available once each day. The daily allocation differs from the starter reward described above, so joining and coming back offer distinct ways to begin a session.
Other free entry opportunities include handwritten postal requests, each valid request awarding 5 Sweeps Coins. Facebook giveaways also provide no-cost entries, with the reward specified in the individual post. Marked Gold Coin packages include promotional Sweeps Coins alongside the purchased entertainment coins. One marked US$10 pack supplies 10 million Gold Coins, ordinarily US$30, plus 30 free Sweeps Coins. Buying a package remains optional.

Gold Coin packs extend ordinary play, and Canadian purchase options include major cards, PaysafeCard and PayPal. Online banking is another supported choice. Prices are charged in US dollars, rather than Canadian currency. Your bank or payment service handles any conversion, and foreign-exchange costs are yours. The purchase buys Gold Coins; a marked promotional package may also award free Sweeps Coins.
When your eligible prize balance reaches 100 Sweeps Coins, use Redeem to request at least US$100. A Sweeps Coin won in gameplay has a redemption value equivalent to US$1. You can choose a gift card delivered by email or a cash payment. Cash returns through the original purchase medium where technically possible; otherwise, electronic payment goes to your nominated bank account.
| Redemption Detail | How It Works |
|---|---|
| Bank payment | Your nominated account must accept USD; cash processing can take up to 10 business days. |
| Gift card | Delivery goes to the email address registered with Chumba. |
| Request frequency | One redemption request is permitted during any 24-hour period. |
| Canadian prize requirement | Complete the mathematical skill-testing question without outside or mechanical assistance. |
Prize requests enter a queue in the order received. Request processing and the later payment transfer are separate stages. Our daily cash-redemption ceiling is US$10,000, and larger payments may be divided, adding as much as seven days. Required verification must be complete before a pending prize can be released.
Start with our signature reel games. Stampede Fury brings a five-reel, 243-way format and Fireshot jackpots; its sequel expands play to 4,096 ways. The Last Empress offers an exclusive 10,000-way layout, and Dancing Gold combines 50 paylines with Fireshot Inferno features.

Beyond the reels, Jacks or Better turns the next hand into a decision about which cards to keep. Back Blackjack supplies another change of pace. Bingo offers a different kind of anticipation, while Slingo combines elements of bingo and slots. Solitaire, scratch cards and instant-win titles widen the choice further. You can try another game style whenever you want a break from spinning.
Social Live Casino adds presenters to the experience, with blackjack, roulette and baccarat among its categories. Wheel games and live game shows make room for a more theatrical session. Our catalogue also includes in-house Chumba Exclusives and games associated with studios such as NetEnt, Playtech and ReelPlay.
The browser lobby runs on a phone or tablet as well as a desktop computer. Open Chumba with the browser on your handset and sign in to reach the sweepstakes platform without downloading software. This is the mobile option for promotional coin play and prize requests.
| Mobile Option | Experience |
|---|---|
| Browser casino | Desktop, phone and tablet access, including Sweeps Coin promotional games. |
| Chumba Casino Lite for Android | A VGW Holdings app for free simulated slot play; gameplay does not award prizes or involve real-money gambling. |
Chumba Casino Lite offers a separate Android app experience centred on simulated slots. Choose it for entertainment spins, or open the mobile casino for browser-based promotional play.
Our Help Center request form gives you a place to explain an account issue directly. Describe what happened and which feature you were using so the support team has a clear starting point. For a forgotten password, the recovery link is the quickest first step. Purchase limits, Sweeps Coin play limits and a logged-in time limit let you shape sessions around your own boundaries.
